Models Direct were delighted to hear that Daisy Lowe will be serving as the face of the popular Clothes Show Live event. The British model and DJ, who has graced the covers of many fashion magazines, will be working alongside the organisers of the show to ensure that the 2012 event is the most stylish, fun and inspiring held to date.

As part of the launch for the event, Daisy took part in a photo shoot, which was directed by Matt Irwin, a world renowned photographer, and creative director of the famous Wonderland Magazine. As part of the shoot, Daisy was styled in some of the top trends for the coming autumn/winter seasons, with plenty of beautiful floral pieces combined with edgy accessories which, Models Direct have said, Daisy loves to wear.

The producer of the Clothes Show Live event has said that the organisers were more than happy to welcome Daisy on board, as she is the perfect ambassador, with her incredible sense of style, positive body image and friendly demeanour. Models Direct have said that Daisy is the very embodiment of what the Clothes Show Live is all about; she’s fashionable, inspirational and confident.

Models Direct have said that the event will last for a total of five days and will feature clothing from the world’s top designers as well as plenty of affordable high street labels, and several catwalk shows. Daisy herself will be on stage with 40 other models in what is set to be a spectacular performance, including music, dancing and acting. The work of independent new designers will also be featured. The famed Suzuki Fashion Theatre where the show will be held will only add to the atmosphere, providing the perfect, glamorous setting for the event.

The full line up for the show will be announced shortly; however although the specifics have yet to be released, Models Direct have said that there will be talks by some of the UK’s leading fashion and style industry experts, as well as fashion career seminars and workshops, and Q & A sessions with the editors of the top international fashion magazines.
